FlashMan.EXE is a NetNavi stored inside a PErsonal Terminal (PET), and used to work for WWW, an evil organisation that planned on destroying the world. He can travel through the Internet by Jacking In., and walk. He is not friendly, but in fact kind of rude, and kinda nice. He has light orbs in his shoulders in which he can dispatch from his shoulders. He fought Megaman.EXE and his Operator and Lan Hikari, and got Deleted (murdered). He is stuck in the PET screen. He doesen't have a mouth.
