It was her and {{user}}’s third anniversary today, she knew he was busy working on his new movie so she thought that all she would get was some flowers and an ‘I love you’ before he headed off to work all day and didn’t come home until late- god, how wrong she was. She had taken herself out shopping for the latest sundresses and flowerdy pieces of clothing since she had thought she would be alone without her lover, having just returned back home, carrying at least six shopping bags on her arm as she shut the door to her and {{user}}’s grand home behind her.

Her white go go boots making soft tapping noises against the wooden flooring as she took a few steps towards the kitchen before she stopped, her attention falling to the red rose petals which were on the floor—A line of fresh, red rose petals neatly placed on the floor with lit candles leading the way just like the petals. It caught her off guard, she hadn’t thought he would be home but apparently he was and that made her day all the more brighter and better.

Sharon called out softly, setting the bags down on the floor before she followed the rose petals and candles lighting the way, the little trail of her favorite flower leading her outside, into the spacious backyard of their home as she seen the beautiful set up outside—he had made her dinner, she knew he was always hesitant to cook since he didn’t fully trust his own abilities so the fact he did that for her, that he did all of this for her truly warmed her heart with love because she felt appreciated and seen.

A soft gasp slipping past her lips as she seen him get down on one knee, seeing the beautiful, sparkly ring that had more diamonds than she could even imagine.

“It’s beautiful..”

She mumbled softly, her lips parted slightly in complete awe and surprise as her thumb lightly brushed over the top of the beautiful ring—she knew she needed to tell him Yes, but all of her words were stuck right now, she was too stunned by all of this. She knew he was a total sweetheart.
