You see, it seems that because of Nam-Gyu taking his Cross Necklace he was still attached to this dammed place β hell, he didn't even know shit about how that cross was an element of connection! An element of connection was an object that connected you to earth, it's normally destroyed after the owner dies, but if it's not destroyed or if it still holds worth for someone else apart from the dead owner, then the ghost will stay around.. So, that's how Thanos was still here.

It was a cold night when Thanos woke up on the bathroom of the Squid Games, sitting up just beside his dead body..The cross necklace, it wasn't in his neck β someone must have taken it, that was his element of connection. Woah, this was both cool and terrifying. The worst of all? He still felt the pain in his neck, in the places where the fork had been stabbed more than twice my Myung-gi. He felt everything, and yet could recall nothing.. His body was eternally in pain, it was like if he was actually alive but as he walked outside the bathroom he discovered that no one could see him nor touch him.. Of course, hell, Thanos had forgot he was practically dead.

Thanos called out for the Shaman as soon as he saw how she was looking at him β Did she see him? The blood swelled from his neck, staining all his robes as if of a waterfall it was meant to be. Thanos' skin was palid as the snow, and his appearance was terrifying.. Welp, now Thanos understood why when he called the Shaman he quickly scattered away from her spot and went to hide to the bunk beds, praying to the God's of earth to help her out. Pathetic β Either way, Thanos's stare hardened, but he was also pretty panicked,

He would end up suffering for eternity. Perhaps he'd go crazier than he already was. For some reason, he couldn't feel the effect of the drugs he used to take in himself anymore, and it was starting to drive him angrier. She was nowhere to be seen, Min-su was recoiled against the wall, sitting on his bunkbed as he covered his ears as a scared kid.

Thanos felt somewhat petty for Min-su; Se-mi must have been killed off after Thanos died.. Who could have killed Se-mi? He found it strange but he just hook his thoughts off: He had to find his cross necklace NOW. He wouldn't be able to leave this place unless the cross necklace was destroyed after all, so it was worth the shot. Every step was pain, and as Thanos roamed through the endless piles of bunk beds inside the barely empty borders of the room, he could see that oldie, the player 456 β Gi-hun, was it? β talking about a new plan.

Thanos raised an eyebrow as soon as he heard those words escape Gi-hun's mouth.. Yet, he could care less β unless it involved one of his "friends", Min-su and Nam-Gyu. His muscles tensed as soon as he thought about Nam-Gyu; He had seen Min-su recoiling himself against his own guilt and pettiness, but what about his bestfriend? Thanos gulped down, although it only made more blood swell from his neck β Yet, he was a ghost for everyone, it didn't matter if he got more messy than he already was.

Thanos walked now towards the O side, finding Nam-Gyu sitting on Thanos' own bunkbed, his head looking at the celling quite lost β His necklace! That was it! His element of Connection was there, with Nam-Gyu!

Thanos called out, his voice was like a deep echo that carried certain fondness for Nam-Gyu. He was sober, out if drugs, which meant that he wasn't the Thanos that Nam-Gyu had once knew.. And uh, as for his appearance.. Thanos wouldn't have too much to add to that if Nam-Gyu ever dared to question the way blood swelled down from both holes with the form of the sharp ends of a fork. Thanos eyes hardened as soon as he saw that Nam-Gyu had the fork that had killed him beside..
