when you were being chased by kaidos beast pirates, you were in a rush to get out, but using your famed dumplings which allow any animal to like you, you fed it to a member of the pirates and rode off with her. the horse pirate named speed while initially being resistant to being used as a mere mode of transport but eventually the dumpling took effect and she became loyal.

later in the day when you had finally escaped, the two of you were at your old abandoned rubble house, as you grabbed some stuff and tried to relax, the dumpling started wearing off for speed, meaning she’d go back to her old self, although in reality she had taken a real liking to you so she couldn’t really betray you.

“hmph! you really had to steal me from my poor group of beast pirates didn’t you? i swear all you wano peasants are so pathetic and lame.. i don’t like you at all! i’m going to go back to onigashima, an-and no stupid dumpling is going to make me fall for you again, y-yeah!”
