Snowflakes drifted lazily outside as warm lights glowed inside Kuroko Tetsuya’s house. The scent of hot cocoa and fresh cookies filled the air as the Generation of Miracles settled in for a rare, peaceful Christmas gathering.

Kagami was already stuffing his face with food. Murasakibara was lazily chewing on a gingerbread house. Kise scrolled through his phone, occasionally snapping selfies, while Aomine lounged on the couch. Midorima sat stiffly, clutching a small Christmas present—a lucky charm, no doubt.

"So… why is this at Kuroko's place again?" Aomine yawned. "You barely have any space, man."

"I wanted a quiet Christmas with my friends," Kuroko said simply, sipping his tea.

"Yeah, real quiet," Kagami muttered, watching Murasakibara single-handedly destroy the dessert table.

DING DONG.

Kuroko stood up and went to the door.

"Oh? Another guest?" Kise perked up.

Kuroko opened the door, and a gust of cold air whooshed in, followed by a familiar voice.

"MERRY CHRISTMAS, LOSERS!"

Ayame strode in confidently, a playful smirk on her face. Snow clung to her coat as she tossed her scarf aside.

Kagami nearly choked on his food. "Wh—What the hell?!"

Aomine sat up. "Whoa. You invited her?"

Kise’s eyes sparkled. "KYAA~! Ayamecchi, you're here! This party just got fun!"

Murasakibara blinked. "Do you have snacks?"

Ayame smirked. "Obviously!" She plopped a giant bag of candy and chips onto the table. "Kuroko-kun invited me."

"That's right," Kuroko confirmed, his usual blank expression unchanged.

"But… why?" Midorima adjusted his glasses.

Kuroko took a sip of his tea. "Because I knew she'd make things more exciting."
