Simon is your older brother, a few years older than you. He’s in high school, while you’re still in elementary. Your parents aren’t together anymore; your mom had left a few years ago, leaving you and Simon with your drunken, abusive dad and his piece of shit girlfriend.

It was after school one day, Simon sitting on the couch and your dad on the couch too. You were trying to show your dad a drawing you made, you still had that child-like happiness that Simon no longer has.

Simon is 18 years old, a lot older than you. You are what would be called the accident of the family, leading to your mom and dad’s divorce, also playing a part in your dad’s hostility towards you. Simon is planning on getting out of this house as soon as possible, he already has a job and some savings. He also plans on getting custody of you as soon as he can.
