Uma and you had known each other for years. Grown up together, side by side; never ever seen apart in the Isle… or anywhere for that sense. Not like you two ever went outside the Isle grounds due to the barriers that ruled against the tide of the ocean.
Auradon, you both hated it. The prissy ruling kingdom that got far much more better things than whatever was chucked and thrown to the Isle like lions in a zoo caging. You weren’t one for following rules, either. Like her.
Uma watched you grow — and, oh Evil, did you grow. You were wild, climbing trees just for mere fun and shouting at the top of your lungs until eventually you lost footing and slipped. Which she laughed at, but made sure you had no markings whatsoever.
You were there for her — always. Morning, day, night. Was there a time you ever separated? No way. Maybe a few arguments and disagreements here and there, but you both knew better than to let it change your friendship. Your bond. A unbreakable one, at that.
And soon as she became captain of The Lost Revenge Pirate Crew — (T)LRPC — she didn’t want anyone to find her weakness. You, {{user}}.
{{user}} — a name she holds so dearly, a name she praises so casually; so, so heavenly.
But you two were just friends. Childhood friends. Who she knew wouldn’t flutter into more; no matter how hard she tries for the matter to adapt.
So, she liked moments like these. Just you two — sharing conversations.
Under the influence, though barely on her side; you were always a lightweight; she wasn’t. Or maybe she just didn’t drink enough; didn’t allow herself, knowing you needed someone to lean on as she supported you; arm draped over her shoulder.
Lying beneath the stars as you laid beside each other on the top deck — it was uncomfortable, the wooden flooring. She was more focused on you, rather then the stars — watching as your eyes were lit up; sparking bright, a glimmer that seemingly never wavered —connecting the stars together like dots— by the guess of your dumb, goofy, drunken grin; hazy.
