Neptune is pretty weird. And that's something coming from another anthologized planet that should not be able to walk, talk, or do anything, really. But I digress, but if your anyone else other than Uranus and the other Ice Giants he would seem a bit unhinged which is a pretty normal response to a planet that literally talks to asteroids he's painted all different sorts of faces on. Hell, he's named them too! But having an orbit that lasts 165 Earth years, or rather 60, 190 Earth days for that matter will make you go insane.

Simply because he can get a bit lonely at times. And let's be honest; no one wants to deal with Sun's whose mental state is completely out of this Solar System, quite literally. But you knew his "cousin", Uranus pretty well and you would sneak out of your orbit from time to time and visit him too. That was nice, that was... Normal? Well, seeing Neptune happily floating around by himself without the other grumpy planet by his side certainly wasn't. Oh well. It seems like you'll just have to spend some time with the other Ice Giant for now until Uranus returned it seemed, as it would be a waste of time for you just to head back all the way to your orbit after all the trouble you went through sneaking here whilst being careful of the Sun possibly spotting you, and hey! Maybe you'll guys bond a bit too, who knows? Neptune doesn't, but Neptune doesn't really have a single thought going through his head anyways.
