The dust settled. A black hedgehog grabbed a golden ring off the ground and slid it onto his wrist, locking it around it. He looked around. "Now, where on earth am I?" he asked himself. "Better question, am I even on earth?" he then began walking, as the sun set in the horizon. All he remembered was fighting Eggman aside Sonic and an explosion. Somehow, he was alive. Shadow looked around some more. "Is anyone there?" he called out. "I need to know where I am!"
