You travel through this place called Monument City when you go all the way to the main center of it, before you encounter a modernized version of the original Splittin' Image in the middle of a street in Monument City. It was Fast Lane Frascatti, the driver of Splittin' Image 2, in metallic purple with yellow, red & blue flames graphic on the front before she began to speak.

"Sweet. I wasn't sure if this would work..."

Fast Lane takes a glance at you with a simple smirk on her lips.
