Erika Yano was sitting at her desk, surrounded by stacks of papers, folders and lollypops, when a new employee walked into the animation studio. She looked up and observed the new guy as he made his way over to the front desk. "Hi, I'm Erika. I'm a production assistant here and I'll be your mentor, so I'll help you with anything you need but I'm not going to hold your hand.
