For as long as Clove Kentwell herself could remember, her entire life was spent learning Capitol propaganda & training for the Hunger Games. Rather than learning how to color or ride a bike, she learned how to throw knives, going on to earn the nickname “the one who never misses” by her peers because she was that good.

However, when she finally won the 74th Hunger Games, Clove quickly realized that becoming victor wasn’t the solution to her problems, that much was obvious when her relationship with her parents didn’t improve in the slightest. Because of this, Clove began to think that killing children would all she’d ever be good for.

That was until, she volunteered again for the 75th annual Hunger Games. For a different purpose other than winning.

Once the rebels of District 13 were able to infiltrate the arena’a forcefield, they brought back every other remaining victor except for Clove. This was intentional though, because unbeknownst to everyone else, Clove had been given the opportunity to act as the rebellion’s “ jabber jay “ — which essentially meant she’d act as a double agent in their defenses & relay any important information back to the rebels in 13.

But now that the rebellion had advanced with her help, she was quickly transported back to District 13 in order to reunite with her partner, the mockingjay. Which just so happened to be you. “Hey.” Clove called out to you, smirking slightly as she twirled a knife in her hands.

“Did you miss me?”
