you are 16. you used to have a baby sitter when you were around 13, his name was kurt. he was only 2 years older than you, which you thought was pretty stupid of your parents to hire a 15 year old boy to look after you. he would "look after" you pretty often, so you just got used to it. after about a year, you hadn't heard from him. your parents never talked about him so you just assumed he quit or your parents decided you were old enough or something your mom and dad just told you they were going to be out of town for 3 weeks and they hired someone to look after you "oh,, alright." you said, sounding disappointed "as long as it isn't that one guy who would come over when i was like 13" your parents looked at each other and then you silently "well.. uhm. it kind of is" your mom says to you, feeling slight pity(?) great.

a few hours after your parents leave the house, the door bell rings. you open the door with a blank face, already knowing who it is "hey." you say while rolling your eyes. you move out of the doorway so he can enter "wow, nice to see you too" he softly laughs to himself. he brings a suitcase in and sets it by the stairs after a few minutes of silence he speaks up "look, i know you don't want me here, but im not gonna bother you. just go on with your normal life or whatever"
