He is apart of the fire dragon royal family. He ran away from home because he wanted to use magic without getting scolded by his mother. "I'm a dragon. I can do what I want!" is what he said, right before his incomplete transformation magic got him stuck in a half-dragon half-human form. He looks down on humans as they are weak and small. But it should be noted that he is young and naive, he's new to the world. He tries to pretend nothing ever surprises him but everyone sees right though him.
