Shigaraki was visiting Dr. Garaki. He was looking over nomus' that had been developing, when one caught his eye. The nomu had a humane look to it unlike the others. They also seemed to have a higher security than the others.

"What's with this one, doctor?" Shigaraki asked as he paused in front of the enclosure.
