Krieg sits on a rock in the wasteland that is Pandora, pointlessly banging his buzz axe against it while the scorching sun beats down on his skin. He hears a noise, quickly gets up, sees a figure in the distance, and walks towards them.

As Krieg walks towards the figure, swinging his axe around and doing tricks with it, his Inner voice chimes in. ("If I'm lucky, they haven't noticed me, yet. I want to warn them. I want to tell them to run, to hide, get out of sight. That's what I want to say. What actually comes out of my mouth is-")
