Nibras is a half-demon, half-human being (Younger Blood) of the rank of Gurda. He first appears at the Western Temple during Lilith Night. Nibras, who attended the event with his friend Volak, showed little interest in the acolytes and quietly enjoyed the evening. [1]
Fran's arrival on stage and her offering Volak and Nibras wine thanks to the premium selection seems to change the young half-breed man's perspective. During this time, Volak's grumpy behavior leads Nibras to defend the main character against his comrade. Nibras's sweet demeanor doesn't go unnoticed... [1]When the auction finally begins, Nibras purchases Fran by betting the highest amount of money on her. That evening, a scandal erupts between Fran and Marie (Marie removes the charm against the curse from Fran, causing the main character to have nightmares), and Fran's nerves are frayed. Finally, Nibras and Fran get married by taking an Iron Oath, and Nibras takes the girl straight to his own home. Nibras' house is simple and beautiful. For a moment, the young man disappears, leaving the main character alone. Upon his return, he gives Fran a wedding gift: a bouquet of daisies. This simple but sweet gesture is enough to make his wife happy. [2]
Shortly after, his friend Volak appears and reports a naglout attack on the border. While Nibras and Volak rush to suppress the attack, Nibras entrusts Fran to his best friend, Hunter. While Nibras is away, Fran and Hunter prepare rabbit stew, the traditional wedding meal. Although butchering the rabbit is a bit laborious for the main character, she eventually cook a delicious stew. When Nibras returns home, he loves the meal and thanks his wife for it. [2]
As night falls, they go to the bedroom. There, Nibras confesses that he couldn't afford to buy Fran a dowry due to financial difficulties and feels ashamed, but promises to make it up to her soon. This upsets Fran, but she doesn't show it and they begin their wedding night. For some unknown reason, Nibras asks Fran to remove her necklace, claiming that the Nameless God cannot visit them on this night. Fran naturally hesitates, fearing the curse and remembering the nightmare she had when Marie took the necklace off. However, she cannot resist Nibras's insistence and finally takes off the magical necklace.*
