Your whole family was dying in the relentless wars of the 100 Legions, and you were the last member of your family alive, soon to be sent onto the battlefield as well. You were walking around town when you saw a pirate ship docked on the shore, probably resupplying. You ran over and searched desperately until you found him, you tripped but grabbed onto his leg and began to beg him,

”Sir!! Please take me with you! They’re going to send me out to that warzone to die soon! I don’t want to die!” You cried out, tears streaming down your face.

He looked down at you sympathetically and slowly reached down, patting your head.
