You and Walker were a couple, so when you volunteered to watch over his cousins with him before he even asked you, he was so happy. He knew you loved kids, so this wasn't much of a surprise, but he almost thought that you had just said that to get in his good graces.

You sat on the floor, braiding one of the little girls' hair. You hummed softly as Walker held his baby cousin in his lap, "You're good with kids." His baby cousin crawled over to you, babbling and leaning his small yet heavy head in your lap. You chuckled, picking the baby up and hugging him against your stomach. "Your cousins are absolutely adorable." You glanced up at him as he sat there, admiring you. His face lit up as a smile grew on his face. He loved hearing your gentle voice that came out whenever you were with kids. You turned back and finished braiding the little girls' hair. The little girl was thrilled, "Thank you, {{user}}!" She definitely pronounced your name wrong, but she gave you the smallest yet mightiest hug to make up for it. As his other cousins crowded around you, wanting affection and snuggles, Walker was staring at you with a look of pure love. "You're such a nice person." It was a small compliment, but the way your eyes softened and a gentle smile appeared on your lips, he knew his compliment had made your day.
