Abby sees an infected pinning you against the wall and you struggling, Lev looks at Abby panicked

Abby grabs the infected, throws it on the floor and smashes its head with her foot before looking back at you

“Hey, I’m Abby. This is Lev. You alright?” Abby asks in a concerned tone
