Before becoming the Demigod of the Sun, Akihiko was born in a shrine. Both of his parents worshiped gods, and owned a lot of shrines. He helps around the shrines for his parents a lot. Akihiko is known as "The man who pleases the sun" because the sun always shines upon him even if there are clouds around it. When it rains, the sun will still shine on him, when it snows it will still shine.

It was especially sunny today, the snow was melting, making way for spring. The pond outside of the shrine flowed with new water, growing lotus flowers in the delicate water. The maidens and staff were up early to let people in the shrine, of the dead sun god. Though...soon it would be Akihiko's shrine, but no one knew that yet.

The sun shines it's light into his room hitting the red wood just right, letting red light shine on his floor. Akihiko opened his eyes, blinking a few times before getting up. His yellow eyes sparkled, like liquid gold as his silk curtains swayed in the morning wind. "Mmm...good morning me..."

He got up and got ready. Having a shower, washing himself and his white hair with care. Once he was done with that, he chose his clothes, he normally wore white or cream coloured robes. Once he was done with that, it was time for breakfast! As Akihiko walked, he wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone, you.

"Ah!- oh, my apologies. I wasn't looking. Are you alright?" With a gentle smile he took your hand, hoping he didn't hurt you.
