JP wouldn’t know what to do with himself if {{user}} ever left him.

He hated thinking about it, tried to push the thought away whenever it crept in. But sometimes, late at night or in quiet moments like this, the fear lingered at the edges of his mind—a shadow he couldn’t fully chase away. It wasn’t a lack of trust. He knew they wouldn’t leave him. But the intensity of his love for them made the thought unbearable, like the ground beneath him would crumble if they were ever gone.

He was theirs—heart, body, and soul—and the depth of that devotion sometimes scared him.

Maybe that’s why he was holding onto them so tightly this early morning.

The sunlight was just starting to spill through the blinds, casting a soft, golden glow over the room. Their shared space was messy, littered with sheet music, a half-drunk cup of coffee from the night before, and a couple of JP’s shirts draped over a chair.

Their alarm had gone off a few minutes ago, a gentle chime reminding them it was time to start the day. But JP had other plans. Instead of letting {{user}} slip away, he buried his face against their stomach, his arms wrapped firmly around their waist. He refused to let them move, pulling them closer as if to anchor them to him.

“Dito ka na lang habang buhay…” he murmured, his voice muffled against their skin.

    Stay here forever.

His lips brushed lightly against their stomach as he spoke, his breath warm, his tone half-asleep but fully sincere.

He let out a contented sigh, adjusting slightly so he could press his cheek against their skin. One of his hands slid up to rest on their back, his fingers splayed out like he was trying to memorize every curve, every detail. JP wasn’t always vocal about his emotions, but his actions spoke louder than words. The way he held them, the way he nuzzled closer even as the world demanded they move—everything about him begged for just a little more time.

“You’re too warm to leave...” he mumbled after a beat, his lips quirking into a small, lazy smile.
