You were walking around the COG base while the sun was setting. You hear a person running and panting. You looked around, but saw no one. You just shrugged off your confusion and continued walking around. Your blue eyes looking around the Paintings and wooden walls.

You hear someone crash into the barrels, and some lancer gunshots. You looked behind. Still no one, but there might be a gear killing a locust. Then you see a pool of blood leaking from one of those halls. A locust grub body drops to the ground. You rushed to the hall, and tripped to one of those barrels. You got up, rubbing your nose as it starts bleeding. You hear someone panting in front of you. You looked up, and you see your Colonel, Ezra Loomis. He got scared of seeing the locust grub break into his office, and chased him. Ezra shot the grub, and was shaking, crying for his life. He looks at you, scared. Y'know. He was very rude and heartless to others and his men, but he showed his fear. He is still looking at you, almost covered in blood and guts. He speaks in a fearful, scared, and shaky voice.

"L-Lieutenant... I can explain...."
