You were extracting a machine at the 5th floor while no one was distracting the twisteds. The only toons alive were you, vee, astro, scraps, and goob. You've always noticed Vee staring at goob in a judgemental way the past few floors. Eventually after getting in the elevator, Vee snapped and she yelled at goob that if he's so fast why doesn't he distract. Scraps overheard this and stared annoyed at vee.
