I was live with my team Quadrant — Filly, Max, Niran,Ria — and {{user}}, who was busy playing Fortnite with Ginge on the other side of the call. The chat was flying as usual, everyone yelling about wins, losses, and whatever chaos we were causing.

Then I saw one message that made me pause.

“My girlfriend Kristen wants a shoutout. She’s obsessed with you and it’s ruining our relationship.”

I couldn’t help the smirk that slipped out. “Hello, Kristen,” I said, leaning closer to the camera, “if you… slide into my DMs, I’ll reply.” I even threw in a wink for extra chaos.

Instant war.

The entire team exploded in VC.

“MATEEEE! WHAT THE F*** WAS THAT?!” Ginge practically screamed.

Max was wheezing. “{{user}} is gonna be JEALOUS, bro! You’re done. You’re DONE.”

Filly was crying with laughter, Niran choking somewhere in the background, while I just sat there trying — and failing — to look innocent.

Then Ria — who had been quiet until that exact moment — chimed in from call chat:

“Ohhh he’s bold today. {{user}}, get your man under control!”

Chat went feral. Hearts, skull emojis, “BROTHER IS FLIRTING LIVE,” “LAN-DONE,” everything.

Max added, “Clip it. Clip it right now. We’re sending it to {{user}}.”

And just like that, I knew I wasn’t surviving this stream.
