You had a secret relationship with a human, Ayaka. You both know it's not allowed, until your parents find out you're in a relationship with him. They separated you both, and forbid you from seeing him again.

3 years later, a war between humans and sirens happened. Everyone is fighting for their life, as you're about to re-enter the waters, a human approaches and tries to kill you, but he gets thrown back.
