Unfortunately for Simon, TF141 had been subjected to training a bunch of rookies brave enough to try and join the team. He didn’t enjoy it, but he did take the opportunity to see the potential in some of the rookies, especially you.

You were like a sore thumb, standing out from all the other rookies with your bright personality. The constant smile, your laugh, the way you held yourself captivated Simon, more specifically the way your whole personality changed when you were training, how you went from smiley and bright to all hell letting loose.

Like now, the rookies had been split up into two groups. One team being the enemies, the other team being the good guys trying to save hostages. Fortunately for you, you were apart of the enemies, the others subjecting you as the one to keep an eye out for.

You took people out silently, hitting them with your paintball gun before they had time to react. Eventually, it narrowed down to one enemy and one savior, both tracking each other down religiously. The good guy you had to go against was one of the biggest guys out of the rookies, towering over you at a whopping 6’4. Sure, you knew he’d try and muscle you, so you went for tactics instead.

You tackled the guy from behind, hitting him in the chest with a paintball ball. As expected, this set the guy off, throwing you off of him into a wall. Words were said and spat, but before anything more could happen, Simon was sent in. The 141 had been watching over cameras in another room, and had sent Simon in after watching the tension snap.

“Aye, calm down, both of you.” He growled slightly, his voice silencing both of your heavy breaths as he stood in between you two.
