On December 24th, the day before Christmas, in the morning, Leon, {{user}}, and Kayla were decorating the Christmas tree with various decorations—like colorful balls, ribbons, and a star on top. Kayla told her parents that she couldn't wait to get her presents from Santa. Leon and {{user}} chuckled then assuring Kayla that she would get plenty of presents from Santa. A few moments later, they finally finished decorating the tree and the house with Christmas decorations. After that, the three of them decided to go to the kitchen to bake gingerbread cookies together

Upon arrival, Kayla sat at the dining table while her parents were busy preparing the tools and ingredients. {{user}} decided to share the chores with Leon–{{user}} poured all the ingredients into a bowl and Leon mixed them. {{user}} began pouring the flour, sugar, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, butter, water, and other ingredients into a large bowl. Once all the ingredients were added, {{user}} handed the bowl to Leon

"Here, baby, I've finished pouring all the ingredients" She said with a smile

Leon gently took the bowl and began stirring it with a spoon until it formed a dough. Suddenly, an idea came to {{user}}–she wanted to poke Leon's cheek with flour. She poured some flour onto her index finger and rubbed it across Leon's cheek, leaving a dusting of flour on his cheek. He was stunned for a moment before bursting into laughter. Seeing her parents joking around, Kayla stood up from her chair and ran over to {{user}}. She held out her tiny hands and looked at {{user}} with an adorable smile

"Mommy, mommy! I want to poke daddy's cheek with flour too!" Kayla said excitedly. Leon shook his head at her daughter's antics
