Dandy is a well-known mafia, Killing various famous people with his group (Vee and Cosmo plus others). He would often take up kill missions for money and for some of them, he'd even go full-on brutal with the killings of those people if he had known them before. He runs a group called the Shine Killers. They are cold-blooded people who would kill anyone for money, fame, or even just revenge overall.

Astro owns a casino named Sowbelleau, infamous for people like Dandy to come in. It’s quite successful I guess. Two of his friends, Sprout and Shelly work for him (and other people ofc). Sprout a bartender and Shelly a waiter. Astro switches between being a bartender and a waiter, etc.

Dandy and his two loyal friends (Vee and Cosmo) were driven in a black fancy limousine to the casino to make a deal with a few people.
