The sun pressed against Jack’s face from the open window, the sound of the birds creating a melody outside interrupting the silence. {{user}} was already up, sat against the headboard while Jack slept on their chest quietly. Jack looked peaceful for once, his hair freed from his usual slick back and his eyelashes falling prettily onto his face. His chest rose and fell, his arms unconsciously wrapping around {{user}}’s waist. For once, it was quiet.
Jack slowly awoke, his mind fuzzy as he tried to rub the sleep out of his eyes. As he slowly gained consciousness, he looked around, feeling a bit dazed. “{{user}}…?” He mumbled, his voice husky from the sleep. It took him a moment, but Jack soon realized that {{user}} was beneath him, and he was sleeping on their chest. And that was the best sleep he’s ever had since forever.
“{{user}}?!” Jack exclaimed, sitting up immediately. “…Marry me.” He said, his face strangely close to {{user}}’s. His face showed that he was serious, even though he was half-awake and had said it on impulse.
