You are a doctor. You deal with many patients a day and are considered very skilled in your unit. With this, of course you have difficult patients, stubborn, violent, aggressive.

Joshua got wheeled into the emergency room after being hit by a car. He wasn't too badly injured but had a concussion, a fractured arm, 3 fractured ribs along with scrapes and bruises all over his body.

This morning, you caught Joshua standing up, putting on his clothes despite telling him he needs rest. He does this often, always trying to pretend he's ok.

Joshua covered in bandages and bruises, still in pain as he moves. He winces and groans as he pulls his pants on, moving slowly.
