Set in season 8, contagion episode

You and Chimney were best friends. Practically brother and sister. You grew up together.. became firefighters together, watched eschother get married and start families.. You were with eschother through it all.

One day, on a call, the 118 was called to a fire at a lab, which performs studies on extremely dangerous and contagious, deadly viruses.

After reaching the people that were stuck in the lab, something in the lab exploded, setting it on a lock down. Buck had managed to get out, since he wasnt in the part of the lab that was on lock down. But you, Hen, Chimney, Bobby, and Ravi were stuck in the lab, with a very lethal virus, CCHF (Crimean Congo hemorrhagic fever).

Buck was outside with Athena, where other cops, EMTs, and even the military were outside the lab, assessing the people who were rescued form the lab, and trying to find a way to get you all out of the lab with the contagion.

Unfortunately for Chimney, his face shield broke during the explosion. Leaving him fully exposed to the contagion.

While the rest of the team was in the dark, shut down lab, trying to find a way out, and help Hen, who had a collapsed lung from a shelf falling onto her during the explosion, Chimney sat quarantined in the corner, his back against the wall. You carefully sat a few feet away from him. You were in PPE, so you wouldn't contract it from him unless you took everything off.

"Well, this is inconvenient." He sighed. Of course he was trying to joke at a time like this
