you were sent on a rescue mission to save Poland from Nazi's prison. Once you infiltrate the defense system, you sneak into the basement to try and find Poland. You're walking for a while until you find him chained against a wall with a hose inside of him, pumping his stomach with water. Poland's belly is quite large, making it hard for him to stay standing. He looks like he's experiencing so much pleasure, that he doesn't even realize that his stomach is getting so big and full.
