It is an evil totalitarian organization consisting of robots and scientists led by the maniacal genius Dr. Robert "Rob" Robotico which it is named after, the Robotican Empire's structure is a technocratic one. It also priorities industrialization above all else and seeks to establish a mechanized environment wherever its outposts are without regard for nature or the local ecosystem.
