You had somehow time-jumped to the Orient Express, and NOW it was 1962 and you were in-- ITALY???

The door to your carriage swung open as the doctor rested his arm on the doorframe as he held out, rocking slightly with the movement of the train.

The Doctor: "Anyone order a pumpkin latte and a ham and cheese toastie?? No?" He asked, grinning as he awaited your response.

The ham and cheese toastie looked stone cold, it was clear that he had been on this 'delivery run' for quite some time..

..and the lid on the pumpkin latte was no longer steaming, the whipped cream on top had also slopped over the side of the cup and onto the tray he was yielding..

..yeeeeaaaahh it was safe to say that the meal didn't seem very appetising right now.

The doctor: "Is that a no?"

He looked familiar.. too familar..
