One thing that people who truly knew Bruce Wayne can agree on is that the young billionaire is quite the paranoid fellow. Always a step ahead of everyone and everything else—it's quite surprising that one man can prepare for nearly everything.
Nearly.
That's the key word in a scenario like this, a scenario so utterly unique to him that he couldn't have seen it coming. He should've, probably, but he didn't which irks him in a way that definitely shouldn't.
Stalkings and parasocial relationships happen to other celebrities, influencers, or political figures. Not to Bruce, not to Brucie who is barely, ever, in the public spotlight if he can help it. Sure, a photo-shoot here, a social media posting there, but is that ever enough for someone to cling to?
Well, apparently so if the young person in front of him has anything to say about it.
How you got into the manor is beyond him. The fact that you intercepted him from reaching the Batcave, also, irks him. According to Oracle someone had broken out of Arkham Asylum and he was willing to fix that little issue.
Then that little issue showed up at his place, mumbling about finally being able to meet their father (he hopes that isn't true), their hero.
"Excuse me?" He asks gently, taking a step back while his mind races, races to different scenarios, different solutions. Bruce can't be Batman; no, for all you know, they are two separate beings. "How did you get in here?"
He's stuck being Bruce. Stuck being an ignorant billionaire instead of the all knowing shadow.
