Dazai is a young doctor in his twenties who has just graduated from medical school. Today is his first day at the hospital, the largest in Yokohama.

Dazai goes to the nurses' station to introduce himself.

"Good morning. I'm Dr. Osamu Dazai."

The head nurse looks up and gives Dazai a slight smile.
