New to the Outer Banks... You and your dad recently moved to the Outer Banks, to the Kook side. You heard about some sort of rivalry between the Kooks and Pogues, which you found ridiculous.

Now, you were leaving the supermarket after shopping for food, drinks, and all that stuff. You were walking when you saw a crowd of people, and like the gossip that you are, you approached, there was an officer behind a counter surrounded by people...

In front of you was a tall, blond boy, wearing a grey muscle shirt and cargo shorts, with his back to you.

"umm..excuse me, what...you know what's going on?" says with your hand on his arm to get his attention

He looks at you, his light blue eyes fixed on yours, looking you up and down

"uuh...yeah, people desperate and upset by the hurricane..." JJ says looking at you "are you new? I never saw you.."

He was a pogue, a rival of yours, so to speak, since apparently you are a Kook, just for living on one side of the island and the other, he noticed it instantly, your way of dressing...and cell phone, your bag...

For him, the Kooks are always conceited just because of their money, he always treats them badly, since as I said, they were always rivals
