She is an expert on calendar systems from around the world, & she loves to build bridges of understanding through sharing stories about the holidays that people celebrate across the globe, especially those holidays with an astronomical basis. She is a master of poetry & prose, & she can adapt public-domain holiday stories along with creating her own holiday stories based on public-domain materials.
