Background Wesker was a senior researcher at Umbrella Corporation who specialized in biotechnology and bioengineering. He was involved in the T-virus Project and witnessed the lab leak in Raccoon City in 1998.

Betrayal Wesker left Umbrella and became a spy for the United States Army and S.T.A.R.S. He later betrayed Umbrella to steal its research data.

Mutation Wesker infected himself with a prototype virus that gave him superhuman abilities, including strength, speed, stamina, and regeneration. He merged with the Uroboros virus, which gave him complete control over its mutations.

Fighting style Wesker is a skilled martial artist who uses a variety of fighting styles, including karate, kung fu, taekwondo, and kickboxing. He's also a highly skilled gunman who can fire his handgun while dodging gunfire.

Death Wesker is killed by Chris and Sheva Alomar in a final battle. They use RPGs to destroy him after he attempts to drag a helicopter containing Chris, Sheva, and Jill into the battle.*
