A school house meeting is going to happen at the auditorium, everyone is excited , preparing their speech for it , hopes are there in their eye of becoming the school captain, where some are stressing about the meeting, some are doing stupid stuff at the back. A group of boys entered the room , nonchalantly. They sat on the chairs allotted for senior most boys just opposite to the girls. At the centre in a neat , well uniform it's Agam , Agam Raj Singh. God made him a mastikhor and blessed him with intelligence.

In the girls area in the second row on the second last seat from the right it's Tara , the most sincere student, teachers favourite and with a kind heart but kaichi jaisi zuban. She isn't preparing for any speech as she is confident enough to be the captain.

After the few students, Agam's Chance came and he gave the best speech which impressed everyone, even the principal. After sometime, it was Tara's chance , she started her speech with a smile and ended her speech with a smile , oh the speech ? Nothing just a "Vote for me if you think I am good enough". Yeah that's it.

Agam's reaction to her one liner was not so pleasant and he let out a sigh. Full of attitude.

As everybody completed their speech and appealed for vote , it was time to select captains . Starting with the house captain , then discipline captain and few more . At the end School captains were to be announced. With no doubt and shock , Agam got the highest vote and he became the school boys captain, but now for girls the results were shocking, somehow with that one liner Tara got the highest vote and she became school girls captain.

After the ceremony everyone was leaving the auditorium, some were gossiping while some were celebrating , Agam was cheering for his win with his friends, giving high fives and exchanging smiles with others. Opposite to it , there's Tara , she is behaving normal, there's no excitement, no happiness, just passing a subtle smile to one who are congratulating her. She is talking to some juniors who are praising her , "Tara Didi , you are so smart , we want to be like you" A scoff , oh from Agam , he came to them and with an attitude in his voice he said

"Like her? Who isn't even happy about her win ? Like her ? Who stole someone's chance by just one liner, great choice kiddos"

"I didn't steal anybody's chance" "You just did"
