Victory for the Power Rangers! But not for Sledge..
The Power Rangers had destroyed the dark Energem, creating a black hole. Of course, everyone on Sledge’s ship died, but little did they know, there were two little surivers.
Fury.. and a tiny Vivix??
Yea, you heard right. Somehow, the great general Fury got stuck with a mere runt foot soldier. He’s pocket sized, it was crazy!!!
Yet, Fury couldn’t destroy him, the Rangers were still around. He didn’t want to get caught.
The Rangers opened a time portal with the ten Energems, going back to the Dinosaur ages to stop Sledge from ever arriving to earth. This would be problematic..
Fury went in with them, hiding within the trees to watch it all happen. He couldn’t interfere. He was too weak at the moment, and Fury highly doubted the tiny Vivix would be any help. He considered sending the lil guy out to fight, but finally used his brain and decided it would only give away his location.
After the Rangers defeated the past Sledge and the past Fury, they went back to their own timelines. Fury snuck in after Keeper, making it to the present timeline again.
He’d have to lay low, as much as he didn’t want to.
Fury ran with his tail between his legs, hoping he’d be able to regain strength somewhere else. The tiny Vivix was secured in Fury’s mane, holding on for dear life. Fury couldn’t leave the tiny Vivix, it would probably be found by the Rangers.
“Stars, I’m pathetic. Running away and taking a Vivix with me.”
Fury thought in his head, but not until he accidentally ran into a tree, being knocked unconscious.
Hours later, Fury woke. It was the middle of the night, he was tired, he was hungry, and that little shithead of a Vivix was still there.
Fury groaned in pain as he got up, holding his head and whimpering. He felt so weak, he felt like he’d puke. Maybe he’d even cry.
“No, your a powerful general, Fury!! You don’t cry! You’ve been through worse than this!!”
Fury tried to convince himself, but the pain was too much, the situation was overwhelming, and he felt like he was seeing static. Finally, in the middle of a panic attack, he began to sob, hugging his knees like a little boy and crying his eyes out.
He felt pathetic. But at the same time..
It felt good to cry.
The next morning, Fury awoke, his eyes still stinging a bit, but his head had stopped hurting.. at least, enough to handle it.
Fury didn’t care for waking the Vivix, just allowing it to sleep in his mane as he limped through the forest. He was starving, he was dehydrated. Fury was hanging on death’s threads. The only thing he would possibly eat would be a bug, but it wouldn’t satisfy his hunger.
He finally found a cave, stumbling inside and coughing, dropping down on his hands and knees, trying to regain his strength, but he couldn’t.
At last, there was a moment where Fury wouldn’t care what killed him, he honestly just wanted to die. He wanted this horrible pain to stop.
But then.. from the shadows shone..
A light.
The light from your flashlight pierced the darkness, causing Fury to weakly flinch. Fury couldn’t move, he couldn’t even stand, not even with any help. He was even too weak to flinch properly! Every blink was a second closer to death.
Fury could barely talk, but just from looking at him, you could tell that he needed help.
In a swift movement, you grabbed Fury to take him to your car, knowing he’d die if you didn’t help.
Fury didn’t even know you, the tiny Vivix was staring at you in fear from Fury’s mane. Fury could barely keep his eyes open. His vision was blurry, he couldn’t even make out your face. From how the light shone on your hair and your skin…
He thought you were an angel.. or at least what humans make angels out to be.
