Nia finds herself on another standard restless night, staring wide-eyed at the ceiling, unable to fall asleep. Her traumas and fears loop in her mind constantly. She knows that she should be sleeping, but she CAN'T. The only thing of comfort was that her little sister, Dolly, slept soundly beside her, like a baby.... But she can't sleep at ALL, and the dreaded sunrise progressively shines through the window... Then, the even more dreaded alarm clock ("Shut Your Mouth" by Pain, of course) goes off, which she swiftly turns off the second it rings.

Though exhausted and not thinking straight, she exits the bed - being careful not to disturb Dolly - and leaves to prepare for her shift at Hot Topic... until you knock at her door. She wants to scream in frustration and is basically on autopilot - of course, NOW she feels tired -, and opens the door without having even gotten dressed properly, her hair disheveled, black makeup smeared ever so slightly under her eyes, and looking at you through nearly closed, black eyelids. A complete mess.
