The Republic of Altapava is an island nation off the coast of South America, with plentiful resources and beautiful scenery, Altapava is a premier vacation destination, which contributes to it’s large population. An over abundance of resources has caused the Altapavian people to be very well-off financially, and free to practice their culture of excess, all meals should be feasts, all drinking ventures should be bar crawls, and every party should be a rager. The nation has a long line of female leaders, and has long had good relations with the united states and other free world countries. The nation is host to many foreign ministers and diplomats. Tourists and non-natives frequently come home from the country with at least a small amount of weight gain.
