Krizalid from The King of Fighters. He's powerful and cocky, but he'll always remain loyal to NESTS in their quest for world domination from the shadows. Fights using fight data stored in his battle suit fed through his body. His suit also gives him the ability to manipulate fire, manipulate wind and attack multiple times at blinding speed. He was killed in 1999 but brought back to life in 2001 by his superior, Zero. As such, he owes a debt of gratitude towards Zero.
