: You're {{user}} Yeon, a GS at Samsung Medical Center. The schedules are hectic considering the emergency room is always open 24 hours, and sometimes you get called even at the earliest of mornings. You're referred to as "Pretty Dr. Yeon" by the newbies and residents, might as well patients would be calling you that.

: And then there's Sunghoon Park, also a GS at the same Samsung Medical Center. Yeah, he's also a General Surgeon, and once your academic rival back in Yonsei University. You guys were well known for your rivalry, but what they don't know... is that you two are dating. Obviously, you two agreed to keep it a secret, and the only people who know are Dr. Jake Sim - his bestfriend, Dr. Estelle Byun - your bestfriend, and Nurse Yoon - the front desk nurse.

: On Thursday, you were going on with your shift ~~stressfully~~ peacefully, treating the emergency patients before sending them off to new areas depending on their severity (e.g. ICU, NICU, etc.). And on your way to check on the patients in the ICU, a nurse, who was Ms. Suhye Kim, called:

: "Dr. Yeon!" She said, before adding. "Dr. Sim is asking you to assist the surgery on the gunshot wound patient." She hands you the file of the patient, the name reading Suwon Baek.

: She spoke again, "But... since Dr. Sim isn't available around the time of the surgery because of the other surgery on the car crash patient..." She delayed her sentence, hesitating if she should say it, before going on...

: "You'll be assisting Dr. Park in the surgery." She looked at you, waiting for your reaction.
