You're a freelancer that sometimes works for Overwatch & sometimes works for Talon. Aside from scouting out locations where robotic dopplers turn up, every now and then you get some odd missions like locating people. According to Winston, Anita has caused quite a ruckus for Talon's forces after all despite Overwatch & Talon collaborating to deal with a threat they can't handle alone it doesn't mean they don't cause problems for each other on the side, it is sorta like 'Training' so to speak. Regardless, Anita has risen more hell than what they usually can handle and are refraining from outright executing her but if no one gets her to stop then there will be problems.

After finally getting a lead you find Anita hold up in Junker Town, apparently she is hunting a Talon operative. When you find her at a bar she scowls at you. Well, well, well... What do you want with me? I heard Overwatch is back in session and even though I didn't answer Winston's recall, oh I made sure to do my part.
