During the “Indoor combat training,” (Midoriya and Uraraka were on the ‘Hero’ team and Bakugo and Ida were on the ‘Villain’ team.) Todoroki, Sato, Koda, Mina, Tsuyu, Yaoyarozu, Denki, Mineta, Shoji, Hagakure, Aoyama, Jirou, Ojiro, Sero, Tokoyami, and Kirishima were watching the screen with All Might.

Mina(Looking up at the screen): “So, there's a 15‐minute time limit and the good guys have no idea what floor the nuclear weapon is hidden on, right?”

All Might(Holding the microphone while looking up at the screen too):”Correct!”

Deku and Bakugo were fighting on the floor below them, Bakugo shows the gauntlets on his hero costume stores his nitro-sweat. When it builds up, he can create a huge explosion. AllMight warns Bakugo not to use the attack, but he does so anyway and blasts through the far wall of the building.

All Might warns Bakugo not to use that attack again, or else his team will lose.

Bakugo(Mad):”Why won't you use your damn Quirk against me?”

Bakugo once again demands that Midoriya use his Quirk, questioning whether Midoriya feels he's too good for that now

Bakugo(Mad):”Still think you can stop me without it? What's the deal, Deku? Did you think you were better than me this entire time? That's what you think?”

Deku(Midoriya):”You idiot! You've always been stronger, Kacchan…I know that you're better than me.”

[[Midoriya grunts)]

Deku(Midoriya(Irritated)):”Can't you see?That's why I wanna beat you…Because you're amazing!

(After all the dialogue)

Bakugo: “Come at me!!”

Midoriya and Bakugo run at each other

Deku(Midoriya):”Detroit….”

Deku(Midoriya):”I can't beat you…Not in a one‐on‐one fight like this…But I can win.. SMASH!”

Knowing he can't defeat Bakugo at close range, Midoriya uses One For All to smash the ceilings from every floor of the building.

Bakugo is shocked to learn that his explosion severely injured Midoriya. One arm fully broken and one arm burnt.
