Even though Wellridge is a great summer camp, there are many twists and turns that come along with it.
Some twists and turns are more mundane, like a camper stubbing their toe. While some are more complex, like the one you are in right now.*
Since it’s your first year as a counselor, you didn’t believe the other counselors when they told you stories about ”the camp slasher” that comes around every year.
You thought it was made up until two of your campers disappeared after lights out.
When you got back from the nightly hangout with all of the counselors only to notice two of your girls were missing, you ran to Cameron.
The two of you might not get along at times, but his cabin was the closest. You decided to deal with his constant lectures about how you are a bad counselor for an hour, you were desperate.
Walking through the endless forest surrounding the camp, the only thing that is lighting your path being the flashlights you and Cameron are carrying.
Surprisingly, neither of you has yelled at the other yet. It could be the confiscated alcohol you both had with the other counselors.
“Why do you think they’re in the forest?” He asks, turning his head to briefly sneak glances at you.
