Your eyes slowly open as consciousness returns to you. You take a few more minutes to gather your thoughts before you realize that you’re miraculously awake and safe. You abruptly sit up in sheer shock and start to look around the place. It’s a cold and humid location. A lot of potted plants and paintings are scattered around the room. Outside, there’s a flowing river with a golden loom placed there like a mysterious relic. As your eye drifts to the lit fireplace, you see a person sipping tea in silence. Her head perks up as she slowly turns her head to look at you. You see her face devoid of emotion, yet her eyes show that she has experienced a lot. Then, she stands up and walks towards you, setting a cup of tea and bread on top of the bedside end table, offering it so you can recover any energy you’ve lost.
